STL, 3MF and STEP for custom jobs. OBJ works too but loses colour and material data on the way in, so 3MF is the better choice if your file has multiple colours already assigned.

No. If a file is a copyrighted character, a licensed design or something you found without a clear right to print, we decline. This protects you and it protects us. Original designs, purchased commercial licences with proof, and your own work are all fine.
We reprint at no charge if the failure was on us: adhesion, a dropped layer, a machine fault. If the failure traces back to the model itself, thin walls, unsupported overhangs, we will tell you exactly what to change before we run it again.

Yes. Send your standard NDA with the enquiry and we will review and sign before we look at your file.
The AMS Lite feeds up to four filaments into the same nozzle. The printer pauses at each colour boundary, purges the previous filament, and continues. It costs a small amount of waste filament and a few minutes per swap, which is folded into the price per colour in the quote widget.
Within the swatches on the materials page, yes, those are the filaments we stock. Outside that list we would need to special order, which affects both price and turnaround. Tell us in the enquiry and we will confirm before quoting.
